Band Pull in, Back Extension, Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Couch Stretch

Foundation: FS, Landmine Row
Building: Hang Squat Snatch, FS

Tuesday

WB Workout (brand new one!! Exciting!!)

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Push ups or Dips, Ring Row, Sled Push, Dragon Flag, Stretch

Foundation: Strict Press, Step ups
Building: Hang Squat Clean, Push Jerk

Friday

Everyone: Conditioning (be really ready for running)

Saturday

Partner Workout
