Week Preview June 29-July 5

Last week of heavy lifting this week and then we transition into our deload for the last week of this 6 month cycle. We have a holiday workout on Canada Day but we are open normal hours on Monday and the rest of the week remains the same as it normally would be.

Monday

Sled Push, Curls, BS, Split Squat, Side Plank

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo Deadlift
Building: Snatch/FS

Tuesday

Canada Day! – Teams of 3 holiday workout

Wednesday

Conditioning (no running) and Stretch

Thursday

Back Extn, Ext Rot, Dragon Flag, BTN Press, Rev Nordic

Foundation: Split Squat, Bent over Row
Building: Jerks, Strict Press

Friday

DL, CBP, Run, Trap 3, FS

Foundation: Tabata Conditioning, Core
Building: Cleans, BS

Saturday

Bench Press & Conditioning
