Hello all!
We have had some great progress with the RPT training, this is our last week of accumulation before we slide into a de-load week. After that we will complete 2 weeks of increased intensity (less volume of work, moving more weight!) before we re-test to see how things have improved over this 8 week cycle!
Congrats to those who came in to test out the final Sublime Saturday Series Challenge of the summer, the 2000M Row! New personal records across the board which is always great to see! Next one is the 5K Run in September.
Sounds like everyone enjoyed meeting their pet wall ball! I think Stacies face says it all, maybe that one will need to pop up again in the near future…..

Foundation – Movement Prep + Press + Chins + Ab Work
Building – Snatch + Press + Chins
Tuesday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + Deadlift + For Time(Bike/Thrusters)
Building – Clean + Squat + For Time(Bike/Thrusters)
Wednesday:
Foundation – Intervals (Row/KBS/Burpees/Skipping/Sled) + Ab Work
Building – Rest up!
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest day!
Building – Snatch + Bench + Pendlay + Curls & Triceps
Friday:
Foundation – Squat + Bench + Pendlay
Building – Cleans + Deadlifts + For Time (FSQ/Burpees/Run)
Saturday:
