Week Preview June 17-22

Tuesday we are going to do some work in the parking lot, weather permitting. You can still park there – as long as you park at the back of the lot vs closer to the building we will have enough room. If you don’t want to risk your car getting hit by a bad sled driver, just park on the street.

Also pool party Saturday! Sign up sheet is on the desk for anyone who hasn’t yet put their name on.

Friday

Sled push/pull, Curls, BS, Tricep Extension

Foundation: Tabata & Abs
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + AMRAP Conditioning + Pool Party
