WB Workout! Be ready for some running!

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Rev Step up, Sled Drag, Dips or pushups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Split Squat, Row
Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

DL, CBP, Lsit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Rowing and Abs
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Conditioning
