Week Preview – July 4-8

Hello all!

Hope you made some time to enjoy the long weekend! We have two schedule changes this week so take note! We WILL have a 6:00am Wednesday class. Also, the Friday 9:45 class has been moved to Thursday @9:45… so don’t leave coach Brad hanging!

Enjoy the dead load week as we pull back on the volume of work and build up to some heavish singles in our movements.

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Play + Running

Building – Sntach + Movement Play + Running

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Deadlift + AMRAP (Bike/KBS) + Sled Pushes

Building – Cleans + Squats + AMRAP (Bike/KBS) + Sled Pushes

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Intervals (Row/Box Jump/Burpees/Sled/Crawls) + 10:00 Quality Ab Work

Building – Snatch + AMRAP(Pull ups/Bike/Push Ups)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Squat + Bench + Pendlay Row + Curls/Dips/Flyes

Building – Cleans + “For Time” Deads/Run/DB Cleans
