Week Preview: July 31 – Aug. 4

We made it! We saw some incredible improvements over the past 8 weeks, squat numbers jumped by over 30lbs, a handful of new Oly Lifting maxes, almost everyone got further in the Death By Emom challenge. Good times! The end of our current cycle is here and you get a nice little de-load week. We will be increasing the conditioning while giving you a break from the barbell, enjoy!

Note the Holiday hours this weekend! Take your fitness outdoors and take advantage of the fading summer!!!!!!

You will get the chance to work with a new trainer this week as Claire steps in on Tuesdays this month. She regularly trains at the 9:45am time slot, but has been shadowing on Tuesday afternoons over the past few months. Sign up for Tuesday afternoon and let her take you through this weeks White Board Workout!

Building – Snatch Balance + Jerks + Pull Ups/Abs

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + WhiteBoard Workout! (Squats & Running)

Building – FSQ + WhiteBoard Workout! (Squats & Running)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – “Around The World” 30:00 (Row/Run/BJ/KBS/Bike/Skip)

Building – Rest up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Up

Building – Snatch + Upper Body Push/Pull + UPPER BODY PUMP!!!

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Step Ups + Upper Body Push/Pull

Building – Cleans + Step Ups + SQ/KBS/Bike
