Week Preview July 28-August 2

Hey everyone, we’re nearing the half way point of summer! Attendance was a bit odd the last few weeks with some classes being super busy and others with only one person. So if you’re debating whether to come to the gym or not, get in there! You don’t want your buddies to be left alone.

This upcoming weekend is the long weekend. We have an outdoor park workout planned for Saturday and then Monday we will be closed so you guys can enjoy the outdoors on your own. So if you want to get a workout in, be there with me on Saturday!

What a great comp we had in Altona yesterday at the Outland Games as well. Marley and Brock still holding strong with second place in the intermediate category. Richard doing amazing in his first competition ever. Thanks to all the people who drove out to cheer all our teams on as well, it was a great day!
