New 6 month cycle for everyone begins this week! We haven’t had a Feats of Strength in the summer for years, because there wasn’t enough attendance on the weekends in the summer to warrant it, but this weekend we had a great turnout. Way to go guys!

Being: AMRAP

Friday

Loaded Carries, KOT Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Being: Wall Walks, DB cleans
