Week Preview July 10-15

Hi everyone! We have a full week of fitness ahead of us and some cooler temps which will be nice for working out. We have a WB workout on Tuesday and, despite it being the middle of July, our Saturday workouts are still quite busy and very fun and high energy, so stop in for one of those if you’re around.

Monday

DL, Band Pull in, Chest Flye, Powell Raise, SL Back Extension

Foundation: Lunge/BS Superset, Bent Row

Building: BS, FS

Tuesday

Some outdoor conditioning and then WB workout (my fave)

Thursday

BS, Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chins, Rev Step up

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Nordic, L-sit, External Rotation, Leaning Lateral Raise, DB Split Squat

Foundation: Running, Abs

Building: PP, SP

Saturday

Bench Press + AMRAP Conditioning
