Week Preview Jan 20-25

Well our annual Feats of Strength was so much fun! The energy of everyone struggling to challenge themselves to do their best at that event is always so great. We now start fresh with our next 6 month block of programming on Monday. I know some people have been struggling to get back into a regular schedule since the Dec chaos and the holidays so now is a great time to get back to it! Also nobody has been doing the Being lately so some of you might consider trying to fit that in when you can. I’ve tried to make them a bit shorter to make it easier.

Monday

Bike, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Landmine Twist

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Hang P-Sn
Being: 6 min AMRAP (DB Lunges + GHD Situps)

Tuesday

WB Workout (there aren’t many in this 9 week cycle so if you like them then show up)

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Push up, Row, External Rot., DB Powell Raise, Sled Drag

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Pres
Building: Hng Pwr Clean + Jerk, Push Press
Being: HS practice

Friday

KOT Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extn, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: EMOM Back Squats
Being: EMOM (Dual DB Hang Pwr Cleans + DU’s)

Saturday
