Well it’s the dead of winter and according to the forecast it’s going to be brutally cold. You should probably just get yourself scheduled for as many workouts as possible. You might be awfully grumpy without that mood booster. Don’t want to take any chances.

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Snatch

Tuesday

Foundation Circuit, plus Conditioning: Interval Conditioning

Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Row, CGBP Or Dips, Sled Push, DB Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Hng CL + Jerk, Push Press

Friday

Everyone: Tempo Squats

Saturday

Partner Workout
