As I write this Jon is in first place at his comp. He beat everyone in the first 3 events!
Okay this is the last week of our six month cycle! We deload a little bit and it ends on Saturday with Feats of Strength. Feats of Strength is a fun event where you pick two lifts and you have 15 minutes to build to a max, then a mystery event where you get a couple bonus points. The Building group have been practicing this 15 min format for a couple weeks now. Below is the point chart if you’re unsure what lifts you want to choose. You’ll notice there are a few less intense lifts you can also choose if you’re not a super intense person (Ashley) but you want to come hang out and participate.
