Starting this Saturday we kick off the Sublime Open, our next instalment of the Sublime Saturday Series. Over the next 5 weeks the Sublime Open will provide you with different challenges to test your fitness, and enjoy a little friendly in house competition. The workouts will be unknown until the day of the event, but not to worry, we will ensure that the movements for each event are safe and provide a great workout for each member.
Alright! We move on with our cycle, Monday will be an Aerobic Interval day, then we will have workouts each day for both programs, keep pushing those weights!
Monday:
Foundation & Building – Come in on your Holiday Monday and join Jenelle for some Aerobic Intervals! (Bike/Planks/Row/Step Ups)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Shoulder prep + Incline Bench & Chins + Dips & Flyes
Building – Snatch + Incline Bench & Chins + Dips & Flyes
Wednesday:
Foundation – Deadlift + Walking Lunges + Ab work!
Building – Clean + Deadlift + Lunges
Thursday:
Foundation – Rowing + Biking
Building – Snatch + Press & Pendlay Row + Intervals (Jump Lunges/Push Ups/Jumps/Row)
Friday:
Foundation – Press & Pendlay Row + FSQ + GHR
Building – Cleans + FSQ + GHR
