Week Preview – Feb 16 – 21

Hi everyone, I’m considering changing the times of the afternoon/evening classes. I’m thinking of pushing back the start times to 4:00 and 5:00 or possibly having three overlapping start times of 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00. Please let me know if you have an opinion on this one way or the other.

This is a short week with a fun partner holiday workout happening on Monday. Please note the changes in what we are working on each day.

Monday

Tuesday

Push ups, Row, Ext. Rot, Powell Raise, Sled Drag

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, 3 pos Snatch

Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

TGU, Split Squat, Tib Raise, Tuck ups, Back Extension, Farmers Carry

Conditioning: Interval Conditioning

Friday

Bike, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Landmine Twist  

Foundation: DL, Landmine Press
Building: 3 pos Clean + FS, Push Press

Saturday
