Week Preview Dec 30-Jan 4

Okay so this week is exactly as it normally would be, with the exception that we have no classes on Wednesday which is our recovery day anyway. So no one can use a “special holiday schedule” as an excuse to not workout this week 🙂 However, if there are classes this week showing no one pre-registered I may cancel them. So if you intend on coming do not wait until the last minute to sign up.

Sled Push Pull, Curls, BS, Tricep Extn, Butterfly

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo Deadlift
Building: BS/FS

Tuesday

WB Workout!

Wednesday

New Years Day (Closed)

Thursday

Step ups, Sled Drag, Dips or pushups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Split Squat, Barbell Row
Building: Snatch/CJ

Friday

DL, CBP, Straddle L-sit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Conditioning
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Conditioning
