Hi everyone, not much news this week. Attendance is hovering around average which is good, we are running on 5 months straight beating last years monthly attendance so lets keep that rolling!
New cycle begins, we will continue to work off those 10RM numbers so keep them handy!

Foundation – DB Press + FSQ + Intervals (Push ups/KBS/BJ)
Building – Snatch + FSQ + Intervals (Push ups/KBS/BJ)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Lower body Uni-lateral + Farmer Walk + Rowing Intervals
Building – Lower body Uni-lateral + Thrusters + Rowing Intervals
Wednesday:
Foundation – Single arm work + Sleds
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Snatch EMOM + Single arm work + RDL
Friday:
Foundation – Low % Aerobic + BSQ + Bike Intervals
Building – P-Clean Complex + BSQ + Bike Intervals
