Tuesday

Split Squat, QL Extension, Back Extension, Banded Hip Flexion, Butterfly
Everyone: Interval Conditioning + Bike Sprints (don’t you dare skip because you read this)

Thursday

Row, Bench Press or Dips, Sled Drag, DB Row, Couch Stretch
Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Hang P-Cl + Jerk, Push Press

Friday

Everyone: Tempo Squats

Saturday

Running + Interval Conditioning
