Week 3/3 for both groups!

 

Monday:

Foundation – BB Reverse Lunge + UB Pull + Dips & Partials & Curls + ABS!!!!!

Building – Snatch Complex + Clean & Jerk Heavy + BSQ

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Beautiful Lactic Power Work (AD, KBS, Sled, Burpee, Run, Wall Ball, Box Jump)

Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Lactic Endurance (PClean, Burpee)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Front Squat + Long Aerobic

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch Complex + Press Complex + Deadlift & Dips

 

Friday:

Foundation – Deadlift + Step ups & UB Press/Pull + Aerobic

Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Aerobic Intervals (Thruster, Chin up, Box Jump, Run, Row)

 

Saturday:

Team Workout – Some Lactic Pain Together 🙂
