Wednesday:

Foundation – Farmer Walks + Gob Sq/Mtn Climb/Side Shuffle + Sled Intervals

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Clean & Jerk Complex +  Gob Sq/Mtn Climb/Side Shuffle + Sled Intervals

 

Friday:

Foundation – Uni-Lateral DB Work + Rowing Intervals

Building – Clean & Press + Cossack Sq + Rowing Intervals

 

Saturday:
