Monday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Incline Bench + Pull Ups + Curls

Building – Hang Snatch + Push Press + Pull Ups + Curls

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Front Sq + For Time (KBS/Deadlifts/Gob Sq/Run)

Building – Hang Clean + FSQ + Intervals (Row/S2OH/OHS)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Bike/Crawls/Skip/Row/Step Ups) + Ab City

Building – Rest
Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch Complex + Bench + Push Ups & DB Rows

 

Friday:

Foundation- Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press + Push Ups & DB Rows

Building – Clean Complex + RFESS + For Time (WB/Run)

 

Saturday:

Join Coach Mel For A Wild One! (KBS/Burpees/Push Ups/Squats/Sled/Skip/Box Jump/Row/Bike/WB)
