Wednesday:
Foundation – Intervals (Bike/Crawls/Skip/Row/Step Ups) + Ab City
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Snatch Complex + Bench + Push Ups & DB Rows
Friday:
Foundation- Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press + Push Ups & DB Rows
Building – Clean Complex + RFESS + For Time (WB/Run)
