Week Preview August 11-16

OK back to a normal week for you guys! We are planning an in house, half day, partner competition for Sept 6. This will be like a longer Saturday workout with a bbq lunch at the end but you will need to register in advance for it, so keep your eyes open for an email I’ll be sending out with the details.

Monday

CBP, Cuban Rotation, Farmers Carry, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: Hg Sn, Snatch DL
Being: DB OHS, Row, Burpees

Tuesday

Row, Calf Raise, V ups, FS, Curls

Interval Conditioning

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Incline Bench, Scap Pullups, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90

Foundation: Deadlift, Landmine Press
Building: CJ, Push Press
Being: Air Squats, HSPU or PU, Cleans

Friday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Run, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Plus Everyone: Abs
Being: S2O, Thrusters, Row

Saturday

Hyrox Workout (be ready to run, it’s not long stretches but you WILL run a lot)
