Hope you all had a great long weekend and got to enjoy some of that sunshine!
We slide into a new cycle this week. We will be working with the RPT style of training once again, however we have switched up the exercises. Front Squats are in, and we will continue to work with upper body push and pulling, but we will see an increase in conditioning with some familiar workouts! With the short week we DO have a Wednesday 6am class, so be sure to get in to see Scotty for the Whiteboard Workout, and we have something planned for both groups everyday, so sign up and get down here.

Foundation – Movement Prep + Incline Bench + Pull Up + Farmer Walk
Building – Hang Sn + Push Press + Pull Up + Farmer Walk
Wednesday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Whiteboard Workout (Bike/KBS/Gob Sq)
Building – Hang Clean + FSQ + Whiteboard Workout (Bike/KBS/Gob Sq)
Thursday:
Foundation – “For Time” (Row/Burpees/BJ/Run)
Building – Incline Bench + Push Press + Flyes/Raises/Curls
Friday:
Foundation – AB City + DB RFESS + DB Press
Building – Clean Complex + “For Time” (Bike/Thrusters/Burpees/Cleans)
Saturday:
