Quick shout out to our two Sublime teams that competed in the Winnipeg Rowing Club Regatta this past weekend, both teams did great! Also, Eric was a member of another team that made it to the finals, Sublime was well represented!

Foundation – Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press + Arm Pump
Building – Clean Complex + RFESS + “For Time” (Bike/Run)
