On Saturday, September 21 we will have 2 workshops at Sublime in lieu of our regular Saturday classes.
Workshop 1 is “Body Composition Oriented Training & Nutrition Strategies”. If you are here to get lean and healthy then this is the workshop for you. It will be an hour long and will be focused on rubber-meets-the-road simple strategies to optimize your progress toward your goal.
Workshop 2 is “Performance Oriented Training & Nutrition Strategies “. This will be the first official meet-up of the Sublime Competition Team (more info coming soon). This meeting is for those who are training to perform at their peak – whether the sport is Hockey, Football, CrossFit, or kick-ball. Some details will be discussed about the competition team, but mostly we will focus on refining nutrition and training strategies to shore up your weaknesses and perform at your best.
