Biography:

Marley is currently undertaking a mentorship at Sublime to become a coach. She has a primary interest in coaching strength and conditioning for athletes. She herself is a ringette player and over the last year has broadened her scope to hockey and competitive CrossFit. She has taken Kinesiology courses in Anatomy as well as Sports Psychology and is currently working towards her CSEP certificate in personal training. Marley’s deep interest in sports and general fitness, as well as her own personal discipline, make her a wonderful coaching candidate.
