Mon – Total body str (front squats)
Tue – Building=aerobic circuits… Foundation = anaerobic
Wed – Foundation = total body str / Building = rest
Thu – Building = Oly / Foundation = rest
Fri – Total body str (deadlift base) and anaerobic conditioning
Sat – Long aerobic fun

I didn’t realize that burning quads from bear crawls was classified as “aerobic fun”?!?! I’ll have to remember that for next time I’m looking forward to a workout that Coach B classifies as “fun”…
