Sports Team Training

We provide strength and conditioning training for a variety of different sports, from swimming to rugby to hockey. If you are interested in providing your athletes with innovative fitness training, that relies on a system of sustainable movement and ongoing education, our team training sessions are sport specific and designed to help your team get the very most out of each workout.

We have convenient evening and weekend session slots available for training within our own facility, or online sessions where athletes can train from home or from another location. With a particularly strong background in training female athletes we also have experience training national level competitive and recreational athletes of all ages.
