Sports Team Training

We provide strength and conditioning training for a variety of different sports, from swimming to rugby to hockey. If you are interested in providing your athletes with innovative fitness training, that relies on a system of sustainable movement and ongoing education, our team training sessions are sport specific and designed to help your team get the very most out of each workout.

We have convenient evening and weekend session slots available for training within our own facility, or online sessions where athletes can train from home or from another location. With a particularly strong background in training female athletes we also have experience training national level competitive and recreational athletes of all ages.

Our daughters started training with Claire at Sublime on a regular basis last year. Not only do they love every session, they have great pride in the progress they have been able to achieve. Claire is engaging and encouraging, providing clear examples of each exercise and corrections as they go through the movements. She adapts their workouts to meet goals specific to their sport and explains to them how each exercise applies to their sport and overall health.
