Wednesday:

Building – Sleep and stuff

Foundation – Deadlift & Push ups + Full Body Strength Work

Thursday:

Building – Snatch + Back Squat & Pull Up + Lactic Power (push up + AirDyne)

Foundation – Think about life

Friday:

Building – Intense Max Aerobic Power…. Barbell Based 🙂

Foundation – Good Morning & DB Floor Press + Full Body Strength Work + Row Sprints

Saturday:

Building – Snatch + Clean & Jerk + Gymnastic Skill Work

Foundation – Aerobic Circuits
