9:00 AM – Body Composition Training & Nutrition Strategies
All are welcome to attend this nutrition discussion which will be focused on those interested in getting leaner/body composition improvement. Past workshops have been very broad in scope. This workshop will focus on a few simple strategies you can employ now.
10:00 AM – Workout
We are in the middle of our fitness testing phase. This workout will have a brief but important fitness test. I hope most of you can make it out.
11:00 AM – Team Sublime Training Meet-up
This will be the first meet-up for those of you who are entertaining the idea or seriously pursuing competition in the sport of fitness. No commitment to the team is required. In this session we are wanting to gauge interest and discuss plans/strategies for preparing for the 2014 CrossFit Games Open. We will also do some teaching in some common CrossFit gymnastic skills which are not regularly covered in our group programming. Nutrition will not be a large part of this meet-up.
