Foundation – Rest
Building – Snatch + CP Battery (T2B, Ring Dip, KBS)
Friday:
Foundation – Make your reservations at the Palomino because were finding a 1Rep Max Bench baby! Also…. Front Squat, Full body strength work.
Building – Lactic Endurance …….. AD
Saturday :
Foundation – Lactic Power Intervals on the AD….Then choose 2 of the 3 aerobic circuits the building group is doing!
Building – Aerobic Circuits (Wall Ball, DU, OHS, Shuttle Run, KBS, Skipping, Sit Ups)
