Yes yes I know I’m late again… I got home at 4am this morning. Also I was about 10ft away from the stage for the Nine Inch Nails concert, in the heart of the mosh… so it is remarkable I am even here to write this for you. Hope everyone had a great long weekend!

Foundation – Full Body Attack! Full Body Strength & Conditioning intervals
Thursday:
Building – Hang Snatch + Back Squat/Muscle up + Full Body accessory work
Foundation – Rest
Friday:
Building + Foundation – Deadlift + Incline Bench + Donovan Bailey Sprints
Saturday:
Building + Foundation – Back to the Park!!
