Tuesday:

Building – Chin-up work + Aerobic Intervals

Foundation – Ditto ^^^

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Deadlift, Bench Press, Turkish Get Ups – OH MY

Thursday:

Building – Snatch (Focus on first pull) + Back Squat & Full body strength/stability

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building – CrossFit For Time Fun: Power Clean, Hand Stand Push ups, Muscle ups……AirDyne 🙁

Foundation – Front Squat + Pull Up Work & Full Body Strength/stability

Saturday:

Last Park Workout!
