Building – Rest
Foundation – CrossFit Fun (a ‘for time’ grinder)
Thursday:
Building – Snatch/Back Squat + Full Body Strength Work
Foundation – Rest
Friday:
Building and Foundation – Deadlift/Incline Bench + Sprints
Saturday:
Building and Foundation – Park Workout!!!
