Meet Marley, a coach-in-training at Sublime with a passion for elite performance. Whether she’s on the ice for ringette and hockey or pushing her limits in competitive CrossFit, Marley lives and breathes the athlete lifestyle. She’s backing up her field experience with serious study, having completed courses in Anatomy and Sports Psychology while working toward her Nutritional Science degree. With her blend of academic knowledge and personal grit, Marley is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Marley’s perfect match personal training clients are: youth athletes, 11-17 looking for an advantage in sport through athletic development and injury prevention.
