Sublime’s Small Group Training is geared to help you train with your goals in mind and get the most out of every single workout. We’re proud to offer 3 distinct paths – Foundation, Building and Being – each challenging you to be your best self with the education, encouragement and accountability of our dedicated team of coaches. Our classes have a maximum of 6-8 people, so coaches can focus in on making every moment – and every movement – count.
Our workouts are thoroughly developed into programming ‘blocks’ with specific goals. Some programming blocks may focus on strength, while others on increasing aerobic/anaerobic capacity. These workouts, though they vary from day to day, are certainly not considered ‘random’ by any means. We want to empower our members by helping them improve in all aspects of fitness.
