Foundation + Complexity + Olympic Lifting

The Building program is geared for those of you looking to get stronger and faster. This programming is designed to help you develop the speed and power you’ll need to enhance performance in sport related activities. In addition to the same strength and conditioning skills developed in Foundation, you will also focus on maintaining stability and mobility in more complex movements and begin to develop explosive strength by adding the Olympic Lifts to your workouts.

  • Athletes hoping to improve their performance on the field with high-level workouts that others simply can’t offer.
  • Recreational or former athletes or fitness enthusiasts looking for a challenge
  • Those interested in developing serious strength with more complex lifts and the capacity to complete more challenging workouts
  • Olympic weightlifting – Snatch and Clean and Jerk
  • Conditioning and some gymnastics movements
  • Sprints, jumps, and rope climbs

Each class session is open to all levels of programming. There are no designated program times. Simply show up and train at your level, with the support of our coaches.
