The Being program is geared for the competitors among you. If you’re a high-level athlete hoping to take on fitness competitions and level up your strength, Being is the answer. Members at this level explore a wide array of physical training and tests. Our Being program offers instruction and development in a series of complex movements like muscle ups, barbell thrusters, and handstands. In this program we help you push past your body’s limits, to find a place where you can explore your full potential.

Each class session is open to all levels of programming. There are no designated program times. Simply show up and train at your level, with the support of our coaches.
