Biography:

Marley is currently undertaking a mentorship at Sublime to become a coach. She has a primary interest in coaching performance training for athletes. She herself is a ringette player in the IRL and has also broadened her scope to hockey and competitive CrossFit. She has taken Kinesiology courses in Anatomy as well as Sports Psychology and is currently working towards her degree in Nutritional Science. Marley’s deep interest in sports and general fitness, as well as her own personal discipline, make her a wonderful coaching candidate.

Marley’s perfect match personal training clients are: youth athletes, 11-17 looking for an advantage in sport through athletic development and injury prevention.
