Foundation - A Little Extra To The DB Complex + AB Crusher

Building - Hang Cleans + SAMERSS

 

Wednesday:

Foundation - Bench Press + EMOTM (Push Ups/Curls/Paloff/FLR)

Building - Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation - Rest Up!

Building - Snatch Complex + DB PP & KBS + DB Snatch & Bike

 

Friday:

Foundation - RFESS & 3Pt Row + Curls & Carries & Dragon Flags + Intervals (Skipping/Row/Burpees)

Building - Cleans + Curls & Carries & Dragon Flags + Intervals (Skipping/Row/Burpees)

 

Saturday:

Everyone - Teams Of Two (Deadlift/Clean/WB/Box Jump/Rowing)
