Friday:

Foundation - FSQ & Ring Row + Hammer Curl & F.W/Front Rack & Dragon Flags + Intervals (Box Jump/Row/Bike)

Building - Cleans + Ring Dips & Cleans + Intervals (Box Jump/Row/Bike)

 

Saturday:

Everyone - Intervals (Running/Lunges/Push Ups/Skipping/Sled/Pull Ups/Bike)
