Week 3 brings a shift in the program. Less BB in the conditioning.....but the conditioning ramps up!

Everyone: WhiteBoard Workout! (Run/WB/Box Jump/Burpees)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation - TGU & Windmill & Side Planks + Agility + Sled Drags & Farmer Carries & Sled Pushes

Building - Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation - Rest

Building - EMOTM Clean Complex + Sled Drags & Farmer Carries & Sled Pushes

 

Friday:

Foundation - Deadlifts + Sweaty Grind (Row/Burpees)

Building - EMOTM Snatch Complex + Ditto!

 

Saturday:

Teams Of Three Chip Away For 3Rds! (FSQ/Bike/Burpees)
