Foundation - Shoulder Stability Work + Agility + Sled Sprints

Building - Snatch + Press & BB Lunges + FSQ

 

Friday:

Foundation - Deadlift + Halting Deadlift + WhiteBoard Workout! (Running/Squats/KBS/Sit Ups)

Building - Cleans + Halting Deadlifts + WhiteBoard Workout!
